Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Specific to Washington-state consumers under the My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). Effective date: To be determined.

What "consumer health data" means

Under Washington law, consumer health data is information that identifies a consumer's past, present, or future physical or mental health status — including conditions, treatments, medications, services received, biometric data, gender- affirming care, reproductive or sexual health information, precise location data of health care services, and any data that could be used to infer the above.

The purposes for which Tarsi uses each category

Categories of third parties to which the data may be sold (if any)
How a Washington consumer can exercise their rights

Your rights as a Washington consumer

Right to know what consumer health data we have about you
Right to access a copy of that data
Right to deletion of that data
Right to withdraw consent for collection or sharing at any time
Right to appeal a denied request
No geofencing within 2,000 feet of a health-care facility for advertising or identifying a consumer (Tarsi does not do this)
No selling of consumer health data without separate, explicit, opt-in authorization (Tarsi does not sell consumer health data)

How to exercise your rights

Email privacy@tarsi.ca with the request. Identify yourself (we'll verify your identity before responding), describe the request, and we will respond within the time limits set out by applicable law. There is no charge for these requests. You may also appeal a denied request to that same address.
